Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During sale periods or peak times, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): 3–7 business days after dispatch
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch (available at checkout)

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $199 within Australia.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Packaging

All unframed prints are carefully rolled and shipped in rigid protective tubes. Framed prints are wrapped and double-boxed to arrive in perfect condition.

Returns Policy

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at admin@bigprintenergy.com.au within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund right away.

Change of Mind

As all prints are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please review your size, frame option and artwork carefully before placing your order.

Incorrect Order

If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at admin@bigprintenergy.com.au and we will make it right at no cost to you.
