How do I make a purchase?

Can i order a custom size?

Yes! We offer custom sizing on most prints. Get in touch with us before placing your order and we'll provide a quote for your specific dimensions.
How can I check my order status?

Because every order is printed to order, your tracking link will be sent via email 2–3 days after purchase, once your print has been produced and handed to our courier. In the meantime, you'll receive an order confirmation so you know everything is in motion.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

Address changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form or email and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't entered production. Contact us immediately and we'll process your cancellation and issue a full refund.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder or contact us and we'll resend it.
How do I get a refund?

If you're unhappy with your order, contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $199. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days.
How long does delivery take?

Unframed prints are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Framed prints take 3–5 business days to produce before dispatch. Delivery times vary by location.
How is my artwork packaged?

Unframed prints are rolled in protective tissue and shipped in rigid cardboard tubes. Framed prints are wrapped in foam and secured in custom flat-pack boxes to prevent any movement during transit.
What is your guarantee and refund policy?

We stand behind the quality of every print. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it or refund you in full — no questions asked.
What if my item arrives damaged?

Please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible. Do not discard the packaging until we've resolved your case.

What is the difference between framed and unframed prints?

Unframed prints are ready to be framed to your own taste and fit any standard frame size. Framed prints arrive ready to hang, with a high-quality frame already fitted — just unwrap and put them up.
What materials and paper do you use?

ll our prints are produced on 280gsm satin photo paper using HP Latex printing technology. Latex printing is water-based and produces exceptionally vibrant, fade-resistant colours with a beautiful premium finish — built to last for years on your wall.
Where are your products made?

All our prints are produced in Brisbane Australia using locally sourced materials. Frames are sourced from Australian Manufacturers.
