Refund Policy

At Big Print Energy, we take pride in delivering premium quality prints. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to make sure every order is right.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your print arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at admin@bigprintenergy.com.au within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage or issue

We will offer you a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. No need to return the item.

Change of Mind

Because all our prints are custom made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. Please carefully review your selected artwork, size and frame option before completing your purchase.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this window, production may have already begun and we may be unable to cancel. Please email us immediately at admin@bigprintenergy.com.au if you need to cancel.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
